"There is a well of unlimited creative energy that lies within each and every one us. The physical heart space serves as a portal to this creative presence that weaves through all timelines and dimensions and can otherwise be known as the soul. The relationship between the physical and energetic body is symbiotic, meaning the physical body needs the soul just as much as the soul needs a body to reside in. When we disconnect from one, we are disconnected from the other.

Naturally, it is common for the human heart to close off after years of living in survival mode, the body hardening like a shell for protection, and not feeling safe in this human existence to stay open. We further disconnected from the heart by doubting or ignoring our creative desires in fear of criticism or rejection, often because it was not safe to express ourselves in childhood. But we must remember, we were wide open channels before we closed. Timeless souls who have purposefully incarnated in a human body. Spirit seeding into matter to assist the earth. Vulnerable, so, pure and childlike beings in awe of the earth realm. And all of the layers of the human heart that grew stone cold are the carvings of this human existence. Just another etching in our soul blueprint. Simply paving depth and complexity within the chamber of our hearts so that we may better serve others."
